On our sites (there are several) we offer users a free information service - so they can find out what a potential working environment is like - without having to experience it in person.

If your staff allow us to share the results of their data (we will not share their personal results with you, only the statistics that is based on their questionnaire answers) - then we can show you team information, trends, hot spots and areas of conflict or concurrence.

It is possible to have your own questionnaires set up. In certain circumstances most of the basic data can be downloaded and analysed separately by you.

To pay for all the services to individuals, we charge employers to advertise their jobs on the site. The price is approximately one tenth of all our major competitors.
